Incomplete: 3 systems worked on two units. Bedroom and DS unit. DS Unit: Trane Split HP: HO said wasn’t keep desired temp. At the HP found system flat on Charge. Nitro leak tested and found leak at Evap coil suction line solder joint. Repaired issue, nitro leak tested and pulled vacuum. Added 8lbs of 410 a and system is working great at this time. Bedroom unit: Trane split HP: HO said Outside unit would come on. At the AH had power going on to outside unit but was receiving wire at the system. There’s a break in those wires inside the wall. Pulled new wire down through soffit. Replaced start assist outside with old start assist on the truck I had but need to come back with new start assist and start relay. Also found system down 2lbs of 410a refrigerant.

Complete: 3 systems worked on Living room unit: HO said he had a lot of water in secondary pan. Saw where we had been out and blew out all and replaced Ptrap. I checked all and they were clear. However when I tested the old condensate pump it was dead. Installed new pump and tested and it is working. Pumped water out of secondary and tested safety switch. Everything is working as it should at this time.

Incomplete 2 systems worked on DS Goodman split h/p. Added 3lbs of r410a leak stop and hard start on 8/4/20. Today 8/11/20 found system low on refrigerant again, performed leak search. found leak at reversing valve. Spoke with h/o about only having to pay for 4 lbs of 410a, h/o agreed to do repair. Will order part from East Coast. System not under warranty. Please can we expedite this call due to us being out there 4 times. Unit Holds 7lbs of

Complete: 2 systems worked on DS Unit: Goodman split HP: HO said that after we left the other day that there didn’t seem to be any difference in the house and the next day the heat began to raise. At the HP found the system low in refrigerant. Added 3lbs of 410 but the low side pressure would never raise above 99psi and SH hovered around 40 with a 13° delta T. Found water sitting in the primary drain pan so we changed Ptrap. Also pumped system down and it pumped down fine. Then found capacitor running 35 and supposed to be 45. Changed cap, added hard start and leak seal. Turned unit on and pressures came up where they were supposed to. System is working great at this time.
