Excellent customer service
Jason - Greensboro, NC
Andy did a great job to narrow down what was causing my unit not to work. Grant it’s 100 degrees and I know they just want to get home. He was very thoughtful and willingness to find out why it stopped working in the first place was a great welcome. The unit started working before even looking at it and both of us were in awe of why. But Andy didn’t just want to leave without going thru every possible reason of why it happened in the first place. Most people would have said “I don’t know what to tell you?” But he insisted we figure it out. Eventually we found the culprit and was quick to get it up and going. Thanks for your help. Andy did an excellent job!

Saunders - Greensboro, NC
My technician was Terry. He is the most professional person that I've had in my home to complete a service in a very long time. He analyzed the situation, he explained the issue, he repaired the problem & he confirmed that everything was in working order with me before departing the resident. He's very professional. I'm hoping he's with your company for years to come that if I should ever need service from your company that he will be the person assigned.

Complete: 1 System: CarrierSplit HEat Pump: HO said sometime on Wednesday it stopped cooling just blowing hot air. At HP found tripped breaker. Got power to the system but wasn’t getting power out of board to contactor. Str8 Wired Tstat wire to contactor System came on. Went to check the charge and there was little refrigerant in the system. Cut system and heard leak. Was in suction line running into reversing valve. Informed HO of findings and she said whatever it takes to fix it. Cut out hole and brazed it back together. Pulled vacuum and recharged system with 8lbs of r22 refrigerant with a subcool of 9°. Inside I checked my Delta T and it was 19° Split. Upon removing my gauges I could not get one of the schrader cores to stop leaking so I had to replace it. System looks good and running great at this time.

Complete: 2 Systems: Worked on Upstairs Unit: Amana Split HEat Pump: Came to replace suspected TxV. Before replacing checked charge again. Found unit was overcharged. So I Adjusted charge along with adjusting existing TXV to get my superheat and subcool to where the system called for it. Checked my Delta T and I was getting an 18 degree difference. Returning New and unused TXV. System looks good and running great at this time.
Complete: 1 System: Intercity Products A/C. HO said unit came on and off periodically. At the AH found T float switch tripped. Cut condensate line blew out line and repiped. Cleaned out Float switch line and dumped water. Cycled system on and off via Tstat. Checked pressures and the liquid was a little high. But he changed the filters inside which were extremely stopped up and the fins outside are bent (pics in docs) and he was spraying off Coils. My Delta T was 16, and the Temp in the house was 86. System is old and he said he knew it would need replacing soon but waiting for it to die. System is working as it should at this time.
