I submitted a service request via AHS. I was at work. I received a call from you and a voice mail because i could not answer. I received two calls from a service tech that i could not answer. I DID NOT confirm an appointment but your tech showed up. My daughter was home but had no idea anyone was coming. This is not appropriate at all. I do not like the way this was handled. I spoke with Veronica and she said it was her fault and she did apologize but I’m not happy at all that a man showed up at my house without an appointment and my young adult daughter was there with no warning.

Complete one system. Found duct not all the way open and opened manual damper. Air flow is good. Checked system pressures and they were good. System is operating properly at this time.
Complete two systems, worked on upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs system no coming on due to water in drain pan and clogged condensation drain line. Removed water from the drain pan and cleared out the drain lines. Systems are operating properly at this time.
