I was 3 weeks without ac. A lot of mistakes were made, but not by Andy Steed.

Andy Steed did a great job in getting my ac back in order after 3 weeks without. He stuck with the problem until he found the solution. Can't say enough great things about him. However, the company as a whole fell down on the job and that's why I was without ac for so long. One mistake on top of another.
