Chagnon lisa - Pinebluff, NC
The service technician presented himself very professionally. He was punctual and informative, giving me a clean understanding that my system was/ is ready for another hot summer and more importantly that comfort first heating and cooling will be there should a situation arise. One reason we continue with your organization is the peace of mind due to the communication and honesty of BJ Thank you. Lisa Chagnon

Mr McCleod came to our house for a bi-annual inspection. He is professional in presentation and provides a complete service. When he leaves I have confidence my unit is in good working repair. In short Bradley is the main reason we work with your company. It’s about trust and value
Complete: 2 systems worked on DS System: HO was a little concerned about how cool is crawl space was. So I checked all duct work which is in fairly decent shape. He had very minimal leaking around supply lines off trunk. Did find several small holes in his duct board supply line. Patched holes and all seems to be good at this time.
