Complete 1 System 3 Zones Carrier Gas Furnace: HO stated 3rd floor or Zone 3 was getting too hot. Cycled 1 and 2nd floor. Went to check motor dampers all 3 of them were working properly. No air coming out of vents in 3rd floor while 1rst and 2nd floor running. Cycled system about 6 times, 6 times motor damper opened and closed properly. Only thing I could tell 3rd floor was getting hotter was because all the heat from 1rst floor and 2nd floor going up to 3rd floor every time they turn on. Recommended to leave lower temp on 3rd floor tstat. Couldnt let HO know about the situation. Her father called her but she didnt answere but her father sent her a text and let her know what was happening. System is running great at this time.

Run cap found weak. 7.6 out of 10 uf. Talked to ho about it. She stated she will wait for her husband to let him know then they will call us back if they decide ti get it replaced. Inspected evap coil. No CO detected. Burners are clean. Cleaned Flame sensor. Checked amparage on draft motor. All safety switches are on great condition. Checked draft motor. System is running great at this time.
