We have been dealing with AC issues for a month now. I have had several different technicians that have come out and every time they give me the run around and I end up having to calling someone else. Terry come out today and he is the first that I feel fully confident in that my AC will be in proper working order. He was very thorough and took his time. He also provided a significant amount of education about my unit, so that I will be able to recognize when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Thank you for the great service.
