By making good on each of these promises and guarantees, we’re absolutely certain you’ll be more than satisfied with the work we did, the equipment you purchased, and the way we handled ourselves from start to finish. Here’s how you know we’re looking out for you.

Guarantee #1 – We’ll Find You The Perfect Match

Just like how Goldilocks searched high and low for the bed that felt “just right,” we too search the depths of the planet (or our vast inventory) to find a heating or cooling unit that is the right fit for your home. When it comes to heating and cooling, size does matter. Smaller units won’t get the job done and can cost you more in energy bills each month. Bigger units will leave you uncomfortable and paying for more equipment than you need. We’ll find you the perfect match, or we’ll replace it for free.

Guarantee #2 – You’ll Know What You Owe

Ever have someone quote a cost for you, then tell you later on that it would be more because of unexpected labor costs or equipment? Then you never worked with us. When we quote you a cost, that’s what you’ll owe. Sure, there are times we have to invest more money in parts and labor to get the job done. But that’s not your problem. It’s ours. When we quote you for a bid, it’s not an estimate. It’s what you’ll owe, no matter what.

Guarantee #3 – Your Home Is Your Sanctuary. We’ll Keep It That Way

The last thing you need in life is for a bunch of people with heavy work boots to track in mud to your home, or scrape the walls with sharp edges. Not only that, but knowing that accidents happen, if we do cause any damage to your home, we’ll repair it at our expense.

The whole point of getting a new heating or cooling system is to avoid aggravation and discomfort. That’s why we have an “anti aggravation” guarantee. If your new system fails within the first year of our installation, and we can’t fix it during that same day, you’ll be reimbursed for your pain and suffering. We hang our hats on our reputation for keeping our customers comfortable. If we fail, we’ll eat our hats.

Guarantee #5 – You Get 2 Years To Know If You’re Happy – Or Your Money Back

Here at Comfort First, we think the bigger an investment, the longer the guarantee. That’s why we give you two years to see if you’re happy and satisfied with the performance of your new system, as well as our installation process. If you’re unhappy or frustrated, we’ll remove your system and give you all of your money back.

Guarantee #6 – Don’t Pay A Dime Until You’re Happy With The Work

We’re not crazy about the idea of having customers pay for work before it’s done. That’s why we insist you pay us only after your 100% satisfied with the job we did. That’s a type of 100% satisfaction guarantee no other company will offer. But if you’re not happy with the system, or how we installed it, then why should you pay?
